We believe breakfast to be very special, thus we offer an array of choices:

Our signature egg dish is a true "French omelet" such as spinach and gruyere or a fondue and ham omelet, or any variations of your choice which can include fresh vegetables from our organic garden.

Other egg choices include Eggs Benedict, Frittatas such as potato and leek or ham, asparagus and gruyere. Our most requested breakfast by returning guests is our Strata with sausage, mushrooms and Monterey Jack cheese. Vegetarian strata changes with the harvest.

Fried, scrambled or poached eggs (2 or 3) can also be selected.

• Our signature pancake, and most requested, is a the 10 inch oven baked German Apple Pancake which is served with homemade maple syrup and sweet cream. Oatmeal, Blueberry or Buttermilk pancakes are also available as are waffles.  

All breakfasts are served with fresh fruit, juice, biscuits, fresh bread or popovers, homemade jams or apple butter, homemade scones and muffins, bacon or sausage or something specially requested by you. Of course, coffee and tea are provided.

Our eggs are farm fresh organic from our free range chickens and gathered daily.

You can preorder a particular breakfast when you make your reservation if you choose.
